December Fishing Report

Things have been pretty slow, but there are still Coho coming in, which is shocking because it is pretty much tail end to be done but they are still coming in.
I have heard that some guys are catching some chrome bright steelhead down at Blue Creek, which is shocking news.
I had a guy today say that he had a guy come in below him and he was a fly fishermen, he hooked a chrome bright steelhead and released it.

Take a nice day, dress warm and go fishing!

September Fishing Report

Things on the Cowlitz River are still pretty slow, but the steelhead numbers are picking up so hopefully they start catching them. The guys are still putting in their a=time and so forth, everybody is trying. They are still going after the Kokanee on Riffe Lake and hitting the smaller lakes and streams. Carlisle Lake I have heard there are some really nice sized trout and a few bass have been caught out of there, also nice size catfish.
I’ve heard at Swofford Pond a person going there this week but I don’t know if they did any good or not.
Remember take a nice day and go fishing!
